Terms of Service

Service Agreement
By scheduling a service appointment with Boulder Wolf Appliance Repair, you agree to these terms. We provide independent appliance repair services for Wolf and other premium kitchen appliance brands in the Boulder County area.
Estimates and Authorization
All repairs begin with an on-site diagnostic. Following the diagnostic, we provide a written estimate detailing parts, labor, and total cost. No repair work begins until you authorize the estimate. The diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost if you proceed with the repair.
Parts and Warranty
We use genuine OEM parts and factory-specified components for all repairs. Parts carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Our labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of completed service.
Scheduling and Cancellation
We offer same-day and next-day appointments throughout Boulder County. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 4 hours before your appointment window.
